Substituting essential oils is something that is easy and fun to do if you know how. Depending on why you’re using your oils (diffuser blends, massage oils, cleaning products), you’ll need to decide if your substitution is based on aroma or therapeutic properties. While there’s often a crossover in aromatic and therapeutic substitutions, that isn’t always the case. Frannie has compiled a chart to help you choose the right oil.
