St. John’s Wort
Found in Bulgaria, the flowers of Hypericum perforatum are steam distilled to produce an essential oil that has a soft, sweet, and rich aroma. This middle note oil blends well with Lavender and Peppermint.

Did you know that St. John’s Wort has been used for over 3000 years? And with all its benefits, it’s little wonder why. This oil is often referred to as “Arnica for the nerves” due to its ability to minimize pain from injuries, particularly those associated with nerve damage like MS, by helping reduce inflammation. Hemorrhoids, which are swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum, can be soothed when you combine Jojoba with St. John’s Wort and gently massage into the abdomen and/or posterior. Women in particular can benefit from this soothing oil, as it can aid menstrual cramps, nausea, breast tenderness, and hormone imbalance. For those with neuralgic conditions, like anxiety or mood wings associated with menopause, apply to pressure points to alleviate unease.
