Cumin
Cuminum cyminum, can be found in India; its seeds are steam distilled to produce this sensual, spicy, and earthy oil. Cumin is a middle/base note oil that blends well with Caraway, Chamomile, Lavender, and Rosemary.

Do you need some digestive help? Renowned in the culinary realm for its digestive properties, a drop or two of Cumin can be added to your favorite dish to help issues such as indigestion, gas, cramping, and toxin buildup. With its warming properties, this oil is also beneficial for alleviating fatigue. This oil is great to help relieve colic in children by applying to the abdomen; for children, be sure to dilute by using up to 6 drops of oil/ounce of carrier.
