Eucalyptus
Found in China, the leaves of Eucalyptus globulus are steam distilled to produce an oil that’s fresh and earthy. A top note essential oil, Eucalyptus blends well with Basil, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Lemon, Peppermint, and Vetiver.

Breathe easy with Eucalyptus essential oil. This oil is renowned for its ability to help relieve congestion and coughing, making it a wonderful addition to homemade chest rub. Eucalyptus is wonderful to apply to minor bug bites to relieve inflammation, as well as benefit from its antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. All of the aforementioned properties are what help make it useful for people with COPD; place a few drops in an inhaler or diffuser to use. Its delightful, soothing aroma means that it’s a great oil to add to homemade cologne. If your looking for an energy or concentration boost, gently massage diluted oil into the temples.
