by FabulousFrannie

If you’re looking to learn about different essential oils, then you’re in the right place! Read below to find out more about Grapefruit essential oil and its many wonders.

Grapefruit
With origins in Argentina, the peel of Citrus paradisi is cold pressed to produce an essential oil that’s fresh and tangy. A top note oil, Grapefruit blends well with Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Clary Sage, Clove, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Frankincense, Geranium, Ginger, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Mandarin, Neroli, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Peppermint, Rosemary, Thyme, and Ylang Ylang

Hit the refresh button! Grapefruit is an invigorating oil that helps inside and out. Whether you’re looking to minimize the appearance of cellulite or the effects of jetlag, this oil can help. One of Grapefruit’s biggest properties is its ability to stimulate the brain and reduce free radicals, which has shown promising signs of combatting Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Every now and again we can all use a little confidence boost. Why not try Confidence in a bottle with Grapefruit and Cypress, to help promote personal positivity and inner strength? Add this blend to homemade perfume or cologne for a boost before your next presentation or interview. Grapefruit can also relieve tension and anger. You can try Happy Blend (which has two of Grapefruit’s best friends: Bergamot and Ylang Ylang) to not only elevate your mood but the aroma of any space as well. Grapefruit also promotes circulation in the lymphatic system, helping eliminate toxin buildup (check out this blood detox recipe).
