If you’re looking to learn about different essential oils, then you’re in the right place! Read below to find out more about Buddha Wood essential oil and its many wonders.
Buddha Wood
With origins in Australia, the wood and bark of Eremophila mitchellii are steam distilled to create an oil that’s woodsy with a slightly sweet and smoky aroma. This middle note oil blends well with citrus oils (like Lemon and Sweet Orange), Cypress, Frankincense, and Sandalwood.
Enjoy the deep and enveloping aroma of Sandalwood? Then you may want to try this essential oil, which is often referred to as False Sandalwood. Like Sandalwood, Buddha Wood is great to add to diffusers and aromatic blends to center the mind and eliminate negative energy. This powerful oil can also be used to help relieve mild joint and muscle pain. Due to its high ketone content, we recommend that this oil not be used everyday. If you’re experiencing a bug infestation, Buddha Wood is effective at repelling mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and bedbugs.
