A Word From Frannie: Changing Shipping Costs

For the past ten years, we’ve worked tirelessly to ensure that we provide you with high-quality products. We’ve kept prices consistent and avoided changes whenever possible. Over time, due to forces beyond our control, this has become increasingly difficult for our small business. With that in mind, we’ve had to make some changes that affect our customers at checkout—our shipping costs.

We recently moved from providing free shipping on all orders within the US to only providing this service for orders over $25. When we first started, we were able to provide free shipping because the price of shipping allowed us to. Now, as prices at the post office continue to rise, it’s simply not feasible for us to provide this service on smaller orders where the cost of shipping exceeds or is nearly equal to the cost of the order.

As a smaller essential oil company that does everything in-house, we simply don’t have the margins to provide this service anymore. We do, however, have some tips to help you get the most out of your orders.

1. Do you live near Murrieta, California or are you thinking of taking a trip to the area? We invite you to stop by the Fabulous Frannie Warehouse to checkout our store. 2. Stock up on your favorite products at set times in the year so you have a few big orders rather than lots of smaller ones. And hey, it’s better for the environment too!
3. Wait for a sale that speaks to you and your needs. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and Facebook page to stay up-to-date on our latest deals, like Fabulous Finds and Warehouse Specials!
4. Keep the shelf-lives of your products as long as possible by storing them in cool, dark places. Also make sure to store everything in safe and secure places (such as our carrying cases). This will help reduce having to rebuy products due to breaks and spills.
