Each steamer disc is 2oz and can be used in open or enclosed showers, although we recommend adding an extra disc to larger showers to ensure you enjoy both the therapeutic and aromatic properties. To use your disc, place it on the shower floor out of the direct stream of the shower head and breathe in the goodness. If any residue remains at the end of your shower, rinse before getting out.
