Regardless of whether you’re using them individually or in blends, it’s beneficial to know what essential oils can be substituted for each other. Sometimes these swaps are for aromatic purposes, while other times they’re for therapeutic ones. Whatever the reason, we’ve created a series of substitution charts to help you know which oils can be switched for each other depending on your needs. 

Below is a list of some of the oils that can be substituted for Sandalwood, Spearmint, Spruce Black, St. John’s Wort, and Sweet Orange.
