It is that time of year where everyone is having fun and enjoying the great outdoors… and often bringing it indoors too. Cleaning up these messes can be fun—at least when it is done with all-natural cleaning agents!
Keeping bathroom surfaces clean is important not only for aesthetic purposes, but for your health as well. Here is a recipe to help keep your toilet bowl fresh and clean.
Refresh & Renew Toilet Cleaner
Ingredients
- ½ c. Baking Soda
- 1 c. Distilled White Vinegar
- 4 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 8 drops Lemon Essential Oil
Instructions
In a small bowl combine baking soda and essential oils. Be sure to add oils one drop at a time. Pour the mixture into toilet bowl. Add vinegar and wait for the fizzing reaction to take place. Scrub the bowl using toilet brush, and flush. Repeat at least once a week, or as needed.
