The leaves and twigs of Eucalyptus citriodoraare steam distilled to produce an essential oil that has an aroma that’s sweet, lemony, and fresh with a woody undertone. This middle note oil combines well with Basil, Cajeput, Cedarwood, Citronella, Frankincense, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Spearmint and Tea Tree.
The best of both worlds, Lemon and Eucalyptus, in one delightful oil! Although Lemon Eucalyptus has traditionally been used in the perfume and fragrance industry, in more recent years, it has been popular to add to bug repellent. Combine with Citronella and make into a homemade candle to enjoy a bug free area. To utilize its deodorizing properties, use in deodorant or body spray with other oils like Lavender or Tea Tree.
