Palo Santo
Found in Ecuador, the bark of Bursera graveolens is steam distilled to produce an essential oil that has a fresh and citrusy aroma with resinous wood notes. This top note oil blends well with Other woods and resins such as Cedarwood, Frankincense, Myrrh, and Sandalwood.
Rich in the chemical compound limonene, Palo Santo is an ideal oil to have to help purify the mind and home. Gently massage diluted Palo Santo into the temples, palms, or inner-wrists to help clarify and inspire the spirit. When combined with other transcendent oils like Frankincense or Myrrh, it keeps you grounded and uplifted at the same time. If you’re about to embark on a task that requires particular creativity or concentration be sure to use Palo Santo to get you going. To purify the home add a couple of drops to a diffuser to ward off germs.
