Substituting Essential Oils: Part 10

We’re all on our own special journey with essential oils. From avid to occasional, we all use these delightful oils in different ways. One thing (beyond our love of them) that we have in common is that we sometimes need to substitute one oil for another. 

Below is a chart listing some of the oils that can be substituted for Fennel, Fir Needle, Frankincense, Garlic, and Geranium. Each oil has different options depending on if you’re primary use is aromatic or therapeutic.
