Substituting Essential Oils: Part 17

We’ve all had that moment when we’ve sat down to make a recipe and realized we’re missing an ingredient (or two). A quick internet search can let us know what may be a good substitution, and sometimes that suggestion changes based on the context we’re using the ingredient in.

Essential oils are no different. Whether you’re looking to use them in a diffuser blend or homemade products, most essential oils have alternatives that can be used based on their aromatic or therapeutic properties. 

Below is a list of some of the oils that can be substituted for Oregano, Palmarosa, Palo Santo, Parsley Seed, and Patchouli.
