Vitality is something that most of us strive for, but what exactly is it and how can we achieve it? Vitality is defined as being in a strong and active state. Being strong and active is a matter of both the mind and body. Here are some things you can do to get and stay activated. 

Mental Vitality 
It’s important that we keep our minds both active and reflective. For an active mind, try activities that recall memory or knowledge, and make sure to learn new information to keep your mind growing (like taking lessons in a new language or form of art).
