One of the essential facts of Aromatherapy is that sometimes you need to substitute one oil for another. Deciding which essential oil can be used in place of another can be tricky, especially when it’s an oil you’re unfamiliar with. You don’t need to worry though, because we’re here to help you determine what essential oils may be a good aromatic or therapeutic swap. 

Below is a list of some of the oils that can be substituted for Mugwort, Myrrh, Niaouli, Nutmeg, and Onion.
