All summer long, you’ve been going, going, going. All this extra activity can take a toll on your muscles and joints. Marjoram can provide the perfect relief. Dating back to the ancient Greeks, Marjoram has been used to calm muscle spasms and relieve excess fluids in the tissues. Not only was this herb used to relieve joint pain, but head pains as well.
Joint Discomfort Blend
Ingredients
- 3 drops Marjoram Essential Oil
- 2 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
- 1 drop Frankincense Essential Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil (Other Carriers work as well)
Instructions
Mix essential oils into carrier oil in a small bowl. Massage on stiff and sore muscles. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
Head Ease Blend
Ingredients
- 3 drops Marjoram Essential Oil
- 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 1 drops Ginger Essential Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Apricot Oil (Other Carriers work as well)
Instructions
Add essential oils to carrier oil in a small bowl. Massage gently into temples and back of neck. Wash hands after use.

Head and Neck Tension: Basil, Chamomile, Eucalyptus and Lavender.
